1 man killed, 2 others hurt in stabbing
One man was killed and two others injured in a stabbing in East Los Angeles early Sunday morning, L.A. County sheriff’s officials said.
Sheriff’s homicide detectives were called about 1:45 a.m. to the 6000 block of East Northside Drive, where they found that three men had been stabbed, said Deputy Oscar Butao of the Sheriff’s Department.
One of the men was pronounced dead at the scene. Two others were taken to a hospital where they were listed in stable condition about three hours later, Butao said.
Officials were investigating the incident, but Butao said it did not appear that the men had injured one another.
