Warriors hand Celtics their second straight loss

Boston lost to the Clippers on Sunday, ending a nine-game road win streak. Rajon Rondo had 30 points and 15 assists for the Celtics, who were without the injured Paul Pierce.

Philadelphia 104, at Portland 93: Elton Brand had a season-high 25 points and nine rebounds in a reserve role, and the 76ers surprised the Trail Blazers. Allen Iverson, who’d sat out four games because a knee injury, returned to the lineup as a starter and scored 19 points for Philadelphia (8-22), which rallied from a 10-point second-half deficit.

at Sacramento 106, Denver 101: Andres Nocioni scored a season-high 21 points, helping the Kings beat the struggling Nuggets, who have lost three straight and five of six. Carmelo Anthony scored 35 points for Denver.

at Memphis 116, Washington 111 (OT): O.J. Mayo had 28 points, and Zach Randolph scored six of his 23 points in overtime for the Grizzlies. Randolph’s two free throws with 0.3 of a second left sent the game to overtime tied at 102-102.
