at San Diego State 58, UC Riverside 53: Billy White scored 13 points as the Aztecs (10-3) held off the Highlanders (6-6). San Diego State has won seven of its last eight and holds an 8-0 all-time record against Riverside. UC Riverside was led by Kyle Austin, who scored 19 points.

at No. 7 Duke 84, Long Beach State 63: Larry Anderson scored 14 points for the 49ers (6-7), but they couldn’t get closer than 13 points to the Blue Devils and lost their third straight. Jon Scheyer scored 22 points for Duke. Long Beach also has lost to No. 2 Texas, No. 3 Kentucky and No. 6 West Virginia this season.

at California 87, UC Santa Barbara 66: Patrick Christopher scored 19 of his season-high 25 points in the first half and the Golden Bears (8-4) built an early lead on their way to a victory over the Gauchos (5-5) to win the Golden Bear Classic for a third straight year. Orlando Johnson scored 17 for Santa Barbara.
