Galaxy goalkeeper Donovan Ricketts has allowed only one goal in five games this season and has a league-best 0.2 goals-against average. Forward Edson Buddle leads the league in scoring with seven goals, or 1.4 per game. This will be the first appearance at the Home Depot Center for the Union, an expansion team. Philadelphia features former Galaxy players Danny Califf, Alejandro Moreno and Stefani Miglioranzi. Union forward and top goal scorer Sebastian Le Toux will miss the game because of a knee injury suffered Wednesday.
