Update: Left wing Marco Sturm, acquired from Boston for future considerations, practiced with his new team Wednesday for the first time. But Coach Terry Murray said Sturm, who had knee surgery in May, is not likely to make his season debut until next Wednesday. Goaltender Jonathan Quick, among the league leaders with a 1.83 goals-against average, .935 save percentage and 15 wins, is scheduled to make his eighth consecutive start, his longest streak this season. Defensemen Rob Scuderi, who needed 25 stitches on his mouth and lip after he was hit with a high stick Monday, and Matt Greene, who sat out most of Monday’s game because of an upper-body injury, practiced Wednesday and are expected to play.
