As executive vice president and chief operating officer of First Entertainment Credit Union, Addie Allison oversees all member-facing and internal operations for the financial institution dedicated to serving entertainment industry professionals. With more than 30 years of credit union experience, she has driven digital transformation and implemented automated platforms that have meaningfully improved efficiency for both members and staff since joining the organization in 2014. When the 2023 Hollywood strikes halted production across the industry, Allison directed the delivery of more than $1 million per month in emergency financial relief to affected members. Most recently, following the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires, she helped direct $75,000 in donations to recovery efforts benefiting the Producers Guild of America Members Fund, the IATSE Disaster Relief Fund, the California Community Fund and others.
