Firm Managing Partner of Weinberg & Company, P.A. Corey Eric Fischer manages the strategic direction of this Century City-based accounting and advisory firm. He has overseen more than 200 initial public offerings, mergers and debt restructuring transactions throughout his 36-year career. Over the past 24 months, Fischer directed over 30 IPOs and secondary offerings for publicly traded companies. He serves the financial transaction team through technical excellence and has notably maintained firm standards by rejecting lucrative SPAC business in favor of traditional transparent transactions. Under his leadership, the firm maintains a workforce where more than half of the professionals are women and more than half represent ethnic minorities. Fischer also dedicates his time outside the office to mentoring youth through sports as a long-time coach for El Segundo youth football.
