He specializes in high-stakes banking and finance litigation, where he recently defended GI Partners against elder abuse claims, securing a complete dismissal with prejudice on the eve of trial. Miller also represented Corbel Capital Partners in Delaware Chancery Court regarding a stock repurchase valued at an approximately $1.58-billion equity valuation. He is a guest lecturer in business law at UCLA and mentors students through the UC Berkeley School of Law Alumni Network.
