Recognized for his extensive experience in analyzing and valuing companies for complex financial restructurings, Guy Zaczepinski is a managing partner at Century Park Capital Partners. He has been with the firm since 2005, overseeing buyout transactions and monitoring a diverse portfolio including Total Access Elevator and Green Summit Landscape Group. In November 2025, Zaczepinski spearheaded the launch of Green Summit, establishing a national platform for landscape management through strategic founder-led acquisitions. As a specialist in the automotive aftermarket, he orchestrated the 2021 recapitalization of CJ Pony Parts and the subsequent 2024 acquisition of American Powertrain to integrate e-commerce expertise with proprietary brand growth. Zaczepinski currently serves on the boards of Total Access Elevator and Dominion Care, having previously managed the exit of Covercraft Industries following a sevenfold increase in organic sales.
