By advising on over $800 million in financing transactions in the past two years, Marianne Susan Martin is a corporate finance partner at Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell. She specializes in borrower-side representations for founder-owned and sponsor-backed companies navigating complex syndicated and distressed financial situations. Martin recently represented a sponsor-backed borrower in an approximately $160-million syndicated facility and a private credit fund in a $20-million facility. She serves as a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and previously held a position on the Turnaround Management Association Board of Trustees. She founded a parent affinity group for neurodivergent students to provide resources and support for families with neurodivergent children and is an active mentor to women associates and junior partners within her firm and the broader legal community.
