Recognized as one of the youngest partners in the firm’s history, Marissa Arielle Lepor is a managing director at The Sage Group. She specializes in M&A for branded consumer sectors, including fashion and beauty, where she represents founder-owned businesses in sales to private equity firms. Her portfolio includes the sale of Rag & Bone to Guess and Oribe to Kao as well as the acquisition of Frankies Bikinis by Victoria’s Secret. Lepor co-founded Ladies in Finance in 2017 to support over 400 women in Los Angeles financial services. She also sits on the boards of Simon Miller and the American Friends of Hebrew University and supports the Holocaust Museum Los Angeles through education and social action initiatives dedicated to the legacies of survivors.
