The first female partner in Mintz’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm, Arameh Zargham O’Boyle is a trailblazing litigator for the cosmetics and personal care products industry. Recognized for three consecutive years in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys” list, she defends product manufacturers in complex class actions and product liability litigation. O’Boyle provides strategic counsel on advertising, labeling and regulatory compliance, with a deep focus on the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MOCRA). Her recent successes include defending numerous beauty brands against PFAs claims and representing a medical device manufacturer in a complex Multi- District Litigation (MDL) that consolidated over 200 product liability cases. As chair of the ABA Mass Torts Subcommittee and a leader in Mintz’s products liability group, she shapes legal strategy across the industry. An immigrant, O’Boyle is a dedicated mentor who volunteers annually at a Title One school, sharing her journey to inspire the next generation of leaders.
