With more than a decade of experience across beauty, wellness, retail and apparel, she advises founders, management teams and financial sponsors on cross-border M&A, capital raises and strategic transactions. Since joining Lincoln, Barker has guided brands including Lanocorp, Urban Skin Rx, Rael, Patrick Ta Beauty and Skylar Beauty, leveraging deep industry knowledge and trusted relationships to drive successful outcomes. She has also been instrumental in growing Lincoln’s Los Angeles office from 26 to nearly 50 professionals, significantly expanding the firm’s West Coast presence.
