Barry Kurtz is the chair of the Franchise and Distribution Practice Group at Lewitt Hackman where he directs one of the largest franchise law departments in California. He utilizes five decades of mastery as a Certified Specialist to guide international brands through complex disclosure compliance, operational standards and multi-unit expansion.

Kurtz’s record of success includes structuring comprehensive franchisor systems and resolving high-stakes disputes for distressed developers across the national landscape.
