She is a Certified Family Law Specialist and accredited Minor’s Counsel who manages paternity cases, domestic violence issues and transactional agreements. Horacek shares her expertise by writing for Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine and presenting on premarital agreement tracing rules for the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Beyond her legal practice, she contributes to community safety as a board member for the Western Justice Center to strengthen conflict resolution skills among local youth. She also utilizes her specialized training as a behavioral technician to support children with autism throughout the region. Horacek’s dedication to the family law sector is evidenced by her continuous service on the Western Justice Center Board since 2022.
