Andrew Raines is a founding partner of Raines Feldman Littrell, where, as a veteran transactional attorney with over 30 years of experience, he represents many of the most successful real estate companies in the U.S. He is a national expert in commercial leasing, having represented both institutional landlords and major tenants in their headquarters and regional lease agreements. Raines’ clients include private companies, U.S. and international government entities and high-net-worth family offices.
