Anthony DeLorenzo is a vice chairman at CBRE Capital Markets, where he is a leading investment sales professional in the Orange County region. He co-leads CBRE’s Investment Properties partnership, a national model for excellence that he helped successfully expand into 13 key markets throughout the Western U.S. DeLorenzo has been recognized within CBRE as a Top 10% Producer five times and a Top 3% Producer twice. In the community, he founded the “Tee It Up 4 Tots” golf tournament and serves as the executive sponsor for CBRE’s LGBTQ&A employee network. Throughout his two-decade career, he has closed over 750 transactions for office, industrial and medical office properties totaling more than $10 billion in value.
