Partner and Vice Chair of the National Real Estate Practice at Saul Ewing LLP Damon Juha guides clients from acquisition through construction, leasing and disposition across the United States and has served as lead real estate counsel in Canada and Mexico. His recent work includes the acquisition of a California theme park, an East Coast industrial lease exceeding 1.4 million square feet, a full-building office lease for a Bay Area health technology company and a 110,000-square-foot sublease for a Southern California aerospace firm. Juha also led sale-leasebacks of large industrial buildings for a public company. He contributes to City of Hope and serves as a Mitzvah Circle Member at Kehillat Israel. He has handled transactions worth more than $1 billion and holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
