As the founder and CEO of WAY Capital Inc., Malcolm Davies is a real estate finance leader who has arranged over $20 billion in total debt and equity capitalizations throughout his career. He launched WAY in early 2022, and the firm has since closed over $3 billion in financing, with more than $1 billion completed in 2024 alone. Davies has recently grown WAY Capital by establishing new offices in New York City and Phoenix. He serves on Urban Land Institute’s Urban Development and Mixed-Use Product Council and is on the board of YPO’s Real Estate Investment Network. He also devotes time to philanthropic organizations, including Make-A-Wish and The Giving Spirit. Davies’ largest recent transaction was the arrangement of a $246.3-million financing for a 1,122-unit, build-to-rent portfolio in Phoenix.
