Baseball: Malibu Coach Ari Jacobs to resign at end of season
Malibu baseball Coach Ari Jacobs submitted his resignation on Friday effective at the end of this season, Principal David Jackson confirmed on Sunday.
Jacobs intends to go back to school to work on a master’s degree, Jackson said in an email.
Jacobs served a one-game suspension earlier this season following a school investigation after a parent alleged that Jacobs had consumed alcohol when the team was in San Diego for a tournament.
