Football: California ‘dynasties’ include 12 from Southern Section
In June, MaxPreps.com put together a list of 15 schools with the most wins and most success since 2003 in California prep football. Twelve teams were from the Southern Section.
Concord De La Salle was No. 1 on its “top 15 high school football dynasties” in California.
Mission Viejo came in at No. 2, Long Beach Poly No. 3, Ventura St. Bonaventure No. 4, Corona Centennial No. 5, Oceanside No. 6, Sherman Oaks Notre Dame No. 7, Santa Ana Mater Dei No. 8, Westlake Village Oaks Christian No. 9, Vista Murrieta No. 10, Orange Lutheran No. 11, Anaheim Servite No. 12, Huntington Beach Edison No. 13, San Jose Valley Christian No. 14 and Westlake No. 15.
