Football: Jeff Kearin is new coach at St. Monica
- Share via
Jeff Kearin has been hired as the football coach at St. Monica.
Kearin is a former Los Angeles Loyola head coach who guided the Cubs to a Southern Section Pac-5 championship in 2005. He resigned in 2009.
It’s the second time St. Monica has chosen a former Loyola coach. Adam Guerra served as Loyola’s interim coach when Kearin resigned, then went to St. Monica and is now at St. Bonaventure.
