Track & Field: LB Poly 4x400 relays win state titles

Long Beach Poly won the boys and girls relays at the state finals in Clovis. The girls won in a national-leading 3:38.05 and the boys won in 3:11.86.
Matt Katnik of St. John Bosco was second in the shot put in 64-04. The total two-day attendance at Buchanan High was 16,372.
