Division I

San Jose Bellarmine (12-1) vs. Santa Margarita (12-2), 8 p.m. Friday: Bellarmine’s only loss was in double overtime to De La Salle, 26-23, so that performance alone gives the Bells respect. They use an unusual double-wing offense that relies on quarterback Travis McHugh, a 6-foot-3, 200-pound senior who has rushed for 1,373 yards. Santa Margarita Coach Harry Welch is trying to win a bowl game with his third school. Quarterback Johnny Stanton and running back Ryan Wolpin, both juniors, have become standouts. The pick: Santa Margarita.

Le Grand (12-0) vs. Chatsworth Sierra Canyon (14-0), 4 p.m. Friday: The entire town of Le Grand, population about 1,500 with no traffic lights, is expected to make the four-hour trip to Carson. The team is averaging 58.5 points a game and is led by quarterback Alex Bucio, who has passed for 2,344 yards. Sierra Canyon has a potent offense behind quarterback Tyler Stewart and running back Xavier Menifield. The pick: Sierra Canyon.

Open Division

Concord De La Salle (12-1) vs. Westlake Village Westlake (14-0), 8 p.m. Saturday: Westlake Coach Jim Benkert can’t remember the last time his school was an underdog. The Warriors are making their first bowl appearance, and that’s the challenge of taking on a De La Salle team that has a prolific defense and runs a veer option Westlake hasn’t practiced against all season. But the Warriors have strong offensive and defensive lines, and junior quarterback Justin Moore has proven he can play well in big games. The pick: De La Salle.

Division III

Fresno Washington Union (13-0) vs. Moraga Campolindo (14-0), noon Saturday. The pick Campolindo.
