They’re real road Warriors now

David Lee had 24 points and 17 rebounds, Klay Thompson added 23 points and the Golden State Warriors beat the Washington Wizards, 101-97, on Saturday night for their third consecutive road win.

Stephen Curry scored 22 points for the Warriors, who won the first three games of a trip for the first time since February 2003.

Golden State, on a seven-game trip, is 13-7 overall, the first time the Warriors have been six games over .500 since the end of the 2007-08 season.

Dallas 116, at Houston 109: O.J. Mayo won a shootout with James Harden and the Mavericks rallied to defeat the Rockets. Mayo had 40 points and eight rebounds, to Harden’s 39 points, six rebounds and nine assists,

Atlanta 93, at Memphis 83: Josh Smith had 24 points, Lou Williams scored 18 of his 21 in the second half, and the Hawks handed the Grizzlies their second home loss of the season.

San Antonio 132, at Charlotte 102: Danny Green scored 23 points and the Spurs set a franchise record with 19 three-pointers to hand the Bobcats their seventh consecutive defeat. Green made seven of nine from three-point range and the Spurs shot 56% from behind the arc to win for the ninth time in 10 games. Tony Parker had 22 points and nine assists.

at Boston 92, Philadelphia 79: Kevin Garnett scored 19 points and the Celtics won the back end of a home-and-home with the 76ers. Thaddeus Young had 22 points for Philadelphia, which has lost three of four.

at Miami 106, New Orleans 90: Dwyane Wade scored 26 points, LeBron James finished with 24 points and seven assists, and the Heat ended a two-game slide. Miami shot a season-best 58% and turned 19 New Orleans turnovers into 22 points.

at Chicago 93, New York 85: Marco Belinelli and Luol Deng scored 22 points apiece as the Bulls ended the Knicks’ five-game winning streak. Belinelli scored 15 points in the first quarter and Deng had 10 in the fourth, giving the Bulls their first three-game winning streak of the season.

Detroit 104, at Cleveland 97: Brandon Knight scored a career-high 30 points and the Pistons defeated the Cavaliers for the second time in six days. Cleveland has lost five in a row.
