Pink slips on Black Monday

After 14 seasons at the helm the Philadelphia Eagles fired Coach Andy Reid in a long anticipated move following team owner Jeffrey Lurie's offseason proclamation that an 8-8 record would not be acceptable. The Eagles went 4-12 this season.

Five NFC title games but did not reach playoffs last two seasons.

Pat Shurmur

Cleveland (2)

Was 9-23 over two seasons. Browns have two winning seasons since 1999.

Lovie Smith

Chicago (9)

Since Super Bowl run in 2006, Bears have not reached playoffs in five of six seasons.

Norv Turner

San Diego (6)

Chargers have not reached the playoffs three years in a row.

Ken Whisenhunt

Arizona (6)

Only coach to lead Cardinals to Super Bowl, lost 11 of last 12 games.
