Football: Scholarship offers are rolling in for local athletes
College football recruiters have been coming to the Southland and leaving behind scholarship offers.
Sophomore receiver Dymond Lee of Chaminade and junior quarterback Sheriron Jones of Rancho Verde picked up offers from Tennessee.
Washington State offered junior defensive back Cameron Haney of Cathedral, Alemany junior running back Dominic Davis of Alemany and Oaks Christian sophomore receiver Theo Howard.
Virginia has offered sophomore quarterback K.J. Costello of Santa Margarita.
Ohio State and Wisconsin have offered sophomore quarterback Malik Henry of Westlake.
Junior linebacker Eddie Rudinski of Oaks Christian was offered by Washington.
Fresno State offered three Servite players _ quarterback Travis Waller, lineman Clayton Johnson and receiver Equanimeous St. Brown.
