Santa Ana 52, Santa Ana Valley 47--Center Roger Flores and forward Eric Turner combined for 38 points and 20 rebounds as the second-place Saints (8-2) kept pace with front-running Orange (9-1) for the league championship at Santa Ana Valley.
Turner scored twice following missed free throws in the last quarter to hold off a Santa Ana Valley rally. The Falcons fell out of playoff contention with a 5-5 record.
