Patrick Henry (19-1) Is Still No. 1 in Prep Poll

Share

Last week was a good one for the top half of the Times’ Top 10. The five top-ranked teams in the county, including No. 1 Patrick Henry High School, all won a pair of games to hold their rankings. The second five, however, didn’t have it so easy.

Hilltop, last week’s No. 8 team, lost a pair of games to drop out of this week’s poll and Valhalla was beaten in an important Grossmont League game by Santana to nearly fall to the No. 10 position.

Meanwhile, Mira Mesa moved back into the Top Ten after spending a week out of the rankings.
