Donner Party Scores at Hollywood Park

Donner Party moved strongly to the outside before making a powerful stretch drive to win the $34,000 feature race Friday at Hollywood Park.

Winning by 4 1/2 lengths, Donner Party, ridden by Ray Sibille, covered the seven furlongs in 1:21 3/5.

The winner paid $14.60, $4.80 and $3.80. Royal Councillor, who set the early pace, paid $3 and $3. Paskanell paid $4.40 to show.

Donner Party earned $18,700, boosting his career earnings to $101,750.
