Penner Scores Twice in the Second Half to Lead Golden West Past Fullerton, 3-2

Pat Penner scored two second-half goals Tuesday to give Golden West College a 3-2 victory over Fullerton in a South Coast Conference men’s soccer match at Fullerton.
Javier Callejas scored the Rustlers’ other goal. Marc Smith scored both goals for Fullerton.
In other South Coast Conference action:
Irvine Valley 4, Mt. San Antonio 0--Chris Noffke had two goals to lead Irvine Valley to the win at Walnut. Eric Boswell and Darryl Dang had one goal each.
In women’s soccer action:
UC Santa Barbara 5, Chapman 0--Carin Jennings had two goals to lead the Gauchos to the nonconference win at Chapman. The Panthers are 3-6-1.
