West Valley Christian threatened in the third period, outscoring Hillcrest Christian, 6-3, but Hillcrest Christian came on strong in the fourth with 10 points to win. . . . Hillcrest Christian led at the end of each of the last three periods despite a strong West Valley Christian defense led by Jim Reeve, who had six steals.
