Chapman College blew a 15-point lead in the second half and lost to UC Santa Barbara, 65-57, in a nonconference game at Santa Barbara.

Chapman (3-6) led, 37-23, with 18:53 left when the Gauchos (4-2) outscored the Panthers, 13-2.

Santa Barbara took the lead for good with 1:53 left when Scott Fisher, who led Santa Barbara with 18 points, made two free throws.
