Micheal Ray Richardson will be allowed to resume playing for the New Jersey Nets if he successfully completes the drug treatment he is undergoing at a California clinic, team officials said.
Richardson, who missed two games and whose whereabouts were unknown for three days until he reappeared Tuesday, admitted that he is once again suffering from a drug problem.
