Bob Ouwendijk of Camarillo defeated Jay Seidemann of Simi Valley, 6-3, 6-4, Monday to win the men’s 35-and-over singles title at the Southern California Grand Prix Masters tennis playoffs in Camarillo. The men’s 35-and-over doubles title went to John Sharpe and Dave Pendelton of Oxnard, who defeated Jim Guess and Bob Isenberg of Simi Valley, 6-3, 6-2.
