Cal Lutheran Women Beat Point Loma, 80-64

The Cal Lutheran women’s basketball team easily defeated Point Loma Nazarene at home Friday night, 80-64.

Senior guard Joni Thompson led Cal Lutheran with 18 points, while teammates Barbara Ott and Kim Peppi combined for 24 points and 19 rebounds. Gloria Phillipps also contributed 11 points and a game-high 15 rebounds.
