Compton Women Beat Rancho Santiago, 56-52
Eddie Gross scored 24 points to lead the Compton College women’s basketball team to a 56-52 win over Rancho Santiago Friday night in a South Coast Conference game played in the Tartars’ gym. Compton improved to 5-6 in conference and 12-11 overall, while the Dons dropped to 0-10 and 8-16.
