Girls’ Roundup : Glassford Scores 29 in Madison’s 50-49 Win

Lisa Glassford scored 29 points to lead Madison to a 50-49 win over Mount Carmel in a 3-A girls’ basketball playoff game Wednesday. Madison’s record is now 15-6. Mount Carmel finished its season 18-4.
La Jolla 64, Crawford 59 (OT)--Karla Salmi scored 19 points and teammate Shawndell Reddick added 18 in the 2-A game. La Jolla (17-5) outscored Crawford 16-10 in the fourth period to send the game into overtime with the scored tied at 56-56.
