Countdown Begins for Valley College

Two-a-day drills continued Thursday afternoon at Valley College, where the Monarchs prepared for a scrimmage Saturday at Moorpark College. Valley, Taft and Moorpark will compete in the unique tri-scrimmage, which begins at 4 p.m. and is free to the public. In Thursday’s drills, Valley Coach Chuck Ferrero supervised workouts, above, that left Tim Brown in need of a cool splash in the face.
