On St. John Bosco’s first play from scrimmage Oscar Meza ran 62 yards up the middle to the Notre Dame 20-yard line. . . . Four plays later Meza gave the Braves a 7-0 lead on a two-yard run. . . . Meza went on to score three more touchdowns on runs of 13, 6 and 1 yard. . . . Notre Dame’s Brendan Cowles threw a 13-yard touchdown pass to Ozzie Vallejo on a halfback option play early in the fourth quarter for the Knights first score. . . .
