Verbum Dei’s Lewis Signs at Fullerton

Rashone Lewis, a 6-foot 5-inch forward from Verbum Dei High School, has signed a letter of intent to attend Cal State Fullerton next year.

Lewis, who was also recruited by USC and St. Mary’s, becomes the first Verbum Dei player recruited directly to Fullerton by Titan Coach George McQuarn, who coached Verbum Dei to two Southern Section titles. Senior point guard Alexander Hamilton, a graduate of Verbum Dei, came to Fullerton by way of Saddleback College.
