Encinitas — Greg August scored two touchdowns to lead San Dieguito over Morse at San Dieguito.
Morse trailed 12-7 just before the half and had driven to the one yard line, but sophomore quarterback Michael Lira fumbled and San Dieguito recovered.
Morse (6-4-1) took a 14-12 led early in the second half, but San Dieguito (9-2-0) took the lead for good on an August run.
