SDSU, Cal State L.A. Play Tonight
SAN DIEGO--San Diego State will try for its first victory of the season when it plays Cal State Los Angeles at 7:30 tonight in the Sports Arena.
The Aztecs (0-3) lost to the University of San Diego, 83-67, Thursday night.
USD led by as many as 31 points in the first half and 30 in the second.
Josh Lowery is averaging a team-leading 16 points for SDSU. Tony Ross and Tracy Dildy are each averaging 10.3 points, and Rodney Hawkins is averaging a team-high 7.3 rebounds.
Cal State Los Angeles (2-4), a Division II school, is led by center Curtiss Bradley, who averages 17.8 points and 7.5 rebounds.
