McQuown Honored

All-purpose football player Sean McQuown of Valley Christian High School has been selected Co-Player of the Year of the Southern Section’s Inland Conference. McQuown, 6 feet 2, 170 pounds, kicked field goals, punted, played defensive back and wide receiver for the Crusaders, who won the conference title. Valley Christian finished 12-1. Running back Tyler Whitney of Carpinteria shared the award with McQuown.
