Saddleback 79, Riverside 58--All 12 Gauchos (5-2, 19-6) played and 10 scored. Renny Ingram came off the bench to score 17 for Saddleback and starters Mike Minier and Tom Desiano scored 15 each. Desiano was 3 of 3 from the free-throw line and has made 29 of 31 from the line in conference.

Vincent Smalls scored 13 for Saddleback. Sam Robinson scored 16 for the Tigers (0-7, 12-19).

Citrus 69, Cypress 62--Reggie Brown scored 30 points and had 8 rebounds and Kevin Kurz scored 20 points and had 15 rebounds as the Owls (3-4, 14-11) upset the Chargers at Cypress.

Andy Olivarez scored 18 points and teammate Kris Brodowski scored 14 and had 11 rebounds for Cypress (4-3, 16-12).

In the South Coast Conference:

Cerritos 92, Compton 75--Willie Joseph scored 31 points as the Falcons (10-1, 25-3) broke a first-place tie with Compton (9-2, 20-5).

El Camino 81, Fullerton 66--Charles White scored 21 points and David Lee added 15 points and 8 rebounds for the Warriors (9-2, 21-5).

Bart Hakeman scored 20 points for Fullerton.

Mt. SAC 89, Golden West 80--Sam Brown and Cletus Jarmon scored 22 points each and James Jones and Efrem Leonard scored 21 points each for the Mounties (2-9, 9-17) at Huntington Beach.

Jim Stewart scored 22 points and Anthony Howard 20 to lead the Rustlers (0-11, 4-20). Pat Beck added 16 for Golden West.

In the South Coast Conference:

Golden West 59, Mt. San Antonio 54--The Rustlers (11-0, 28-1) earned their 11th consecutive victory at Mt. San Antonio.

Freshman guard Jeannine Battaglia scored 20 points, and teammate April Marion scored nine points, the first time she hasn’t scored in double figures this season.

Fullerton 77, El Camino 43--Rochell Seabrook scored 22 points, Carrie Millsap 23 and Rachel Hurlburt as the Hornets (8-3,18-9) won at Fullerton.

In the Orange Empire Conference:

Cypress 74, Citrus 70--Pam Fritsch scored 22 points and Stacy Yokota added 16, including two free throws in the final two minutes, to help the Chargers.

Venetta Darlis also scored 16 points for Cypress (6-1, 17-8).

Rancho Santiago 74, Orange Coast 57--Demrial Gibson scored 29 points as the Dons (2-5, 12-15) won at home. Lisa Schumaker scored a game-high 32 for the Pirates (3-4, 13-15).
