Vacaville firefighters coping with a smoky pet shop blaze pulled up to 10 unconscious dogs into the street and revived them with oxygen, fire officials said. “It was the smoke that killed many, many birds, two other dogs and a cat,” Fire Capt. Gary Robinson said. Robinson said investigators believe that an electrical problem ignited the fire at Pet Country.
