Lazers to Take On Steamers in St. Louis Today
The Lazers, sinking out of playoff contention, will play consecutive games against the St. Louis Steamers, the first one at noon PST today at the St. Louis Arena.
To reach the playoffs, the last-place Lazers (8-26) need to finish fourth or better. With 18 games left, the Lazers trail the Steamers by 3 games and the fourth-place Wichita Wings by 9 1/2. The Lazers and Steamers will play again Tuesday night at the Forum.
