Two men were charged with witness tampering after allegedly abducting a woman who accused former world junior-welterweight boxing champion Aaron Pryor of raping and beating her.
Rudolph Rolle and Michael Rolle were accused of snatching the 26-year-old woman off the street Saturday, locking her in a room for six hours and trying to dissuade her from testifying against Pryor. She told police that she escaped by climbing out a window.
Pryor, free on bond, was charged last month with rape, kidnap and assault after allegedly keeping the woman tied up at his house for 24 hours.
