Hoover 19, Harvard 13--Hoover quarterback Eric Messal scored on touchdown runs of 3 and 57 yards to lead the Tornadoes to a nonleague win at Moyse Field in Glendale.

Harvard wide receiver David Lee caught a 70-yard pass from quarterback Tim Naud with slightly more than eight minutes remaining to bring the Saracens within six points. But Naud fumbled at the Hoover 15 with less than two minutes to go, costing the Saracens an opportunity to win the game.
