Orange County College Roundup : Fullerton Beats Fresno State, 2-0

Tom Atencio and Scott Robbins scored to lead Cal State Fullerton to a 2-0 victory over 20th-ranked Fresno State in a Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. men’s soccer match Friday at Titan Field.

Fullerton is 8-6 and 2-3. Fresno State is 9-4-1 and 3-1-1.

In women’s nonconference soccer:

Chapman 2, Occidental 1 (OT)--Leslie Page scored three minutes into the second overtime for Chapman at home. Debbie Stuart gave the Panthers (2-9) a 1-0 lead two minutes into the first extra period, but Jenny Lawrence tied the score for the Tigers at 99:17.

In California Collegiate Athletic Assn. women’s volleyball:

Chapman 3, Cal State Bakersfield 1--Tammy Light had 18 kills and Michelle Lazorek added 12 to lead the Panthers (9-9, 3-0) at home, 13-15, 15-10, 15-6, 15-12.
